We're not a tourist operation. We're local anglers who grew up fishing these beaches — and we built Gulf Coast Reel Runners to share that experience with anyone willing to get their feet wet.

Gulf Coast Reel Runners started the way most fishing obsessions do — standing on a beach at sunrise, watching a rod tip load up and line start peeling. We've been chasing sharks from the surf for years, learning the tides, the baits, the rigs, and the spots that actually produce fish.
Land-based shark fishing is a different game. No boat, no captain's chair — just you, the sand, and a whole lot of line in the water. We run our charters the same way we fish ourselves: heavy tackle, fresh bait, and the patience to wait for something big.
We keep groups small so every angler gets hands-on time. Whether you've never held a rod or you've been fishing your whole life, we'll put you on fish and make sure you know what you're doing when the drag starts screaming.
